ABOUT HPG ADVISORY

PEOPLE. PERSPECTIVE. IMPACT.

HPG Advisory was built around a simple observation: organisations can measure what they deliver far more easily than what people actually perceive and remember.

WHY HPG EXISTS

Make the invisible part of experience useful to decision makers.

HPG works with owners, developers, operators and institutions when the intended experience, identity or development proposition needs to become clearer, more coherent and more valuable.

Our work sits between strategy and lived experience. We examine the relationship between intention, delivery, perception, memory and value, then translate that intelligence into decisions.

FOCUS

Perception

What people actually notice, interpret and remember.

DISCIPLINE

Identity

What should remain recognisable across place, service and experience.

OUTCOME

Value

What deserves protection, investment, correction or governance.

LEADERSHIP

Senior involvement from the people accountable for the mandate.

André Müller

FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

André Müller

André founded HPG Advisory around the gap between intended hospitality and lived perception. He leads the firm’s intellectual architecture across hospitality intelligence, destination identity, development readiness, wellness perception and longevity experience.

His work focuses on helping decision makers see what conventional operating, satisfaction and development metrics often leave invisible.

Yahia Idris

MANAGING PARTNER KSA & GCC

Yahia Idris

Yahia leads strategic development and relationship building across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, connecting HPG’s intellectual architecture with the institutions, developers and operators responsible for implementation.

His role supports local relevance, access, coordination and long term institutional application.

HOW WE WORK

Small senior team. Defined mandate. Clear handover.

HPG is not structured as a large delivery consultancy. We lead the strategic architecture and bring specialist capability into the mandate when it is required.

01

Senior led

Core strategic work remains close to the people accountable for the intellectual architecture.

02

Problem first

The mandate begins with the decision the client needs to make, not with a framework for its own sake.

03

Specialist interfaces

Clinical, architectural, financial, research and technical expertise remains with the appropriately qualified specialist.

04

Handover

Receiving owners, unresolved decisions and continuity are defined before the mandate ends.

NEXT DECISION

If the decision matters enough to require clarity, start there.
